A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you’ve always known you could be.

What's in a coaching session 〰️
Our time together can either be in-person or online, depending on the comfort level of the client. It will usually last for 60 minutes per session.
An authentic, open, honest conversation with a trusted companion.
An exploration, an adventure, and a journey — with the coach as your guide.
You choose a topic to focus on - personal life, career, relationships, business, or even a mix of it.
Anything and everything is welcome. We’ll let curiosity lead. Questions, breath or bodywork, visualizations, and embodiment exercises - but there is never a fixed structure.
What happens in the session, stays in the session. Confidentiality is a core value of our relationship.
Rather than providing solutions and advice, we’ll tap into your personal intuition and subconscious expertise.
Why do you need coaching?
You feel lost, you’re letting fear hold you back, you think you’re not good enough, and you have self destructive habits.
You can’t seem to focus, but you want to be more decisive. You need better time management, and are facing a major transition.
Coaching creates a container to explore and discover many things: goals, behaviours, limiting beliefs, and different perspectives to name a few. Coaching illuminates blind spots and promotes clarity and intentions and facilitates deconditioning and breaking of cycles, so different results are achieved.
The coach’s accountability ensures a resonate transformation takes place that is unique to the client. Without accountability, it’s easy to slip back into old habits and thought patterns. It allows space to get out of the comfort zone, achieve things that previously were thought impossible and level up.
Key benefits of coaching include: values alignment, achieving fulfilment, empowerment, new insight and perspectives, newfound tools to tap into the leader within to combat a saboteur and of course growth and revenue.
When every day is busy, it's tough to know if you're taking the right approach to reaching your goals. You don't have to go it alone and can get the support you need from a business coach. Whether your business is facing challenges or you just want to take it to the next level, a business coach will support your goals and provide you with a blueprint to success. You'll gain the tactics, skills and insight you need to achieve professional, financial and personal growth.
What is life coaching?
Coaching is about unlocking your potential and choices. Coaches partner with coachees and walk with them through a thought-provoking, creative process to inspire them to explore and maximize their personal and professional potential.
How can coaching help me? Do I need it?
People participate in coaching because they want things to be different. They are looking for a change or they have some goals to reach. Coaching can be seen as professionally facilitated life change - whether they are looking to write a book, start a business, make a career pivot, or have a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes, people want more from life: more peace of mind, more security, and more impact; and sometimes they want less: less confusion, less stress, less negativity.
What will I get out of coaching?
Increased self-esteem and self-confidence.
Confidence to dream and act purposefully.
Learning more about what drives you and what is truly important to you.
Improved work/life balance, or work/life rhythm as I like to call it.
Increased well-being.
Uninterrupted time to focus on yourself and your longer-term plans or goals.
Ways to improve your relationships at work and home.
Time to reflect deeply and challenge old patterns so you can make the changes you know you want to make.
What is the difference between coaching, therapy, or counseling?
Coaching anchors on the present - visioning success and clarifying goals and actions for the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology and emotions to understand the present, and it works more with developing skills for managing emotions or past issues.
Think about the metaphor of riding a bike. A therapist will have you approach the bike, ask you how that feels, and what prior associations are coming up. A consultant will ride the bike for you, experience it themselves, write an instructional manual, and give it to you. A coach will have you get on the bike, and walk alongside you until you can do it on your own.
What is the co-active coaching method?
Co-Active coaching focuses on the coaching relationship which is collaborative, based on trust and empowered results; at its most basic, Co-Active means simply “being in action…together".
The key areas within this model include:
FULFILLMENT
Fulfillment is about being wholly alive. It is the state of fully expressing who we are and doing what is right for us, in every situation. Fulfillment is a natural state of being – our birthright – and living a life of fulfillment is a radical act.
BALANCE
When applied to a specific topic (a situation, relationship, limiting belief, etc.), the Balance formula uses a simple, elegant series of steps to move you from being stuck to getting into conscious, resonant action.
PROCESS
The goal of Process coaching is to give you the opportunity to experience and take ownership of your whole life — all of it. The peaks and valleys. The ups and downs.
